Iulius Caesar, also known by his alias Halton was a resistance member during the Arume invasion
Biography[]
Iulius Ceasar was born in Italy in 1995. Born in a family which descendence were executioners, the Ceasar family was well known for maintaining the tradition that all male members of the family were taught to become executioners at the age of 13, at first they would become assistants, making preparations and errands for the more senior members, whom would teach them the essentials, soon with age they would be tasked with more work related with bringing serious criminals to the gallows, although death penalty was abolished in Italy, it was still related with a strong sense of justice and thus it was kept as a rare option for those who had done inhuman acts.
The Caesar family had a tradition of inheretance where the oldest son would replace their father when they either died or were of advanced age, carrying out the family's duty was, although commonly seen as a inmoral and 'dirty' job, it was at the same time held to a state similar of being a judge, policeman and jury. Halton while at first hesitant of such fate, he was denied the ability of exploring the world outside of executioners as he was the only male that his family had. Therefore it was not quite the normal and peaceful life he wished, but nonetheless his sense of duty was kept, and it told him to accept the responsability.
However, one of Halton's sister, Alessa was engaged to an important statesman whom would help further the family's objectives, but in exchange, the abusive nature of her husband would be uncontrollable. As the benefits outweighted the drawbacks, usually the reports and cries of help from her sister would be ignored and even kept hidden for the sake of keeping the reputation of the statesman intact, as Halton's family was in tight connection with the justice system, it was quite easy to cover up the abuse.
However, one night as Halton was checking on his Father's desk, he encountered the letter, almost as if fate had destined him to do so, and soon his sense of justice mixed with frustration led him to challenge her sister's huband to a duel to the death. Her sister opposed to it, and pledged his brother to stop, but It wasn't going to happend he had been teached endless times to carry out his job; to punish criminals, and now more than ever, he had been kept in the dark of this whole ordeal, he had to do something to end it all for good.
The challenge soon got carried out in the plaza, the statesman, believing that Halton's family had rigged the duel on his favour had foolishly accepted the challenge, not only that, but in front of a crowd, which had gathered by the conmotion. However the truth was that Halton had kept his family in darkness about the duel, it was a personnal matter now. The duel was carried out quickly, and a quickdraw from Halton quickly ended the man's life, he himself would be quickly seized by the police and detained, where his father would meet him.
There was no real escape, killing a man in front of everyone, keeping secrets among the family, and helping tarnish the family's reputation had brought the family as a whole to disgrace, it was the end for Halton, but a choice had risen from his father, be disowned, change your name and never come back; or be hanged like a common criminal, with all records of you being erased forever. Halton chose the former.
With this, Halton would acquire his alias, and soon would inmigrate in secret to the U.S, where he would live from place to place as the arume invasion catched up, he believed it was time to relieve his past mistakes, and joined the resistance to pave a new fate for himself.
In Noobverse[]
Despite his past, Halton was a bit different from what he is right now, when he first joined he wasn't really sure what he was doing or why the enemy was all female, so he joined some mission that he found out to be on-going, so he could be useful for the team.
Halton didn't really knew what he was doing so instead he tried to mimic what others were doing in the mission so he could hide his autism.
After the mission was finished Halton was rewarded with a spear and he had a his own mission now: Hunt a Jaguar. He sent himself out to the desert of Texas to find a jaguar so he could wear it's skin.
Obviously Halton wouldn't find any jaguars in Texas so instead he searched Deers in the North of Texas, but he found none and he would take a siesta in the middle of the desert.
When he woke up he briefly forgot why was he in the middle of the desert, however he remembered and realized how stupid the idea was, making him abandon the mission and come back to the base, where he would fall unconscious.
When he woke up once again, he was met with John where he would yell at him because of his autism. Halton would shake him off and head towards a mission where everybody was located with a car.
When he reached the location, Halton went into the battlefield when everybody was retreating, while asking Arthas who was also retreating if he wanted a ride. He would just keep driving towards a tank and hijack it, it actually went well and with the help of Arthas they took control of the tank.
Inside the tank he would find an Arume called Lucy, Halton would be really agaisn't her since she was the enemy, however he would soon take a siesta in front of her, like nothing. She would soon be captured by the resistance.
Some episodes passed and Halton would be teached how to be a soldier by Arthas and how to hand to hand combat, he would use Asuka to beat his ass just so he could be slapped by him really hard, however Halton didn't had time for that shit and punched him back, they exchanged some hits and he would just cease his autism and go back to his room.
In the Hotsprings episode he would start to realize that it would be boring to go alone so he decided to use his 180 IQ and free Lucy just so she could give her company, using his high intellect he would ask her if she could teach him how to drive a tank, she accepted.
Halton was skeptical about how autistic he was and he knew that Lucy had something planned but he didnt cared, that was until Lucy took him to arume territory, where he would get captured.
Nobody really cared about Halton's disappearance, but with the help of Lucy he was made look like he helped her escape the resistance, however Halton had to kick the bucket and made Lucy angry with his great one liners, and soon after he would be set free by some dude.
Halton would find Lucy drunk in a bar and he did what he could do better, pick her up and take her to her home, where he would eat some pizza.
He and Lucy would go to a bar and meet with some dudes talking shit about them, Halton just beats 2 of them until he gets beaten by one of them, the last one would be beaten by Lucy and they would run away the bar to avoid conflict.

Appearance[]
Halton has a long white hair, blue eyes. Even though that Halton has a slim and muscular appearance, he doesn't really know how to fight in close quarters, most of the time relying on weapons.
Personality[]
Halton can be described as a calculating person, that creates plans and sometimes tries to stay ahead of everyone else in terms of actions, he doesn't like to be saw as someone weak, and he doesn't really bother with searching for love but if by decisions of fate he finds one, he tries to stay loyal to it. Most of the time Halton is going to play around with people for his own entertainment and he doesn't act serious when is not necessary, usually he's dedicated to what he does and doesn't like to see loved ones being hurt, sometimes placing himself in danger for them.
